Placing An Order
To place an order on our website, simply click on ‘Buy Online’ in the main navigation and take your time to browse through our products. Click on the item of your choice to view its product description. Alternatively, you may also use the ‘Quick View’ option. Select the quantity of the product that you would like to purchase and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You should be able to see a summary of the items added to your cart and your order total when you hover over the ‘Cart’ button.
Once you are ready to complete your purchase, hover over the ‘Cart’ button located at the top right section of the screen, and click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. Do remember to review the items in your cart before checking out! You will then be directed to the checkout page where you will be prompted to key in the following information:
Billing Address – Enter your name, billing and delivery addresses and contact information. Please check and verify that all fields are entered correctly.
Shipping & Handling – Please select the delivery / collection option for your items. Self collection at Pasir Ris is free of charge. If you have opted for delivery, the delivery charges will automatically be calculated based on the delivery address that you have keyed in earlier. Please refer to the section on Delivery & Shipping for further information.
Payment Method – Please select your choice of payment method. Please take note that we currently only accept payment via ATM Transfer, iBanking or Paypal regardless of your delivery method. Please note that all payments must be made and notified to us within 24 hours from completion of the order, or you order will be deemed as invalid.
Collection / Delivery Preferences – Please fill up ONLY the relevant details. If you had opted for self-collection, kindly specify your self-collection date and timing. If you had opted for delivery, please select one of our next available delivery dates and time slots.
Order Notes – Should you have any additional order notes that you’d like us to take note of, please key it in at this section. We will try out best to accede to all requests, whenever possible.
Submitting Your Order
Once you have completed all the required fields, click on the ‘Place Order’ button to submit your order. Upon successful submission of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us, consisting of your order number, order summary and if necessary, payment instructions.
Please note that all prices quoted on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Payment Methods Available
We currently accept payment via Internet Banking, ATM Transfers, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not accept payment via cash. All orders must be paid for in full before delivery / self-collections.
Internet Banking / ATM Transfers
Please make all payment transfers to POSB Savings 198-34234-3 Please take note that all payment must be made and notified of within 12 hours from order submission. Your order will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid or unaccounted for within the time frame given.
As we receive many orders daily, it is important for you to notify us of your payment and provide us with the relevant payment transaction information. Payment notification can be done here. Alternatively, you may also drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please remember to include the following information in your email:

Date & Time of Transaction
For ATM users, it would be best if you could also provide us with a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt when making your payment notification. Upon successful receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to process your order and you will be notified of your order status via email.
Visa / MasterCard
To make online payment via your Visa or MasterCard, please select PayPal as your payment method. Upon submission of your order you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page. Please select the option that says, ‘Pay with my credit or debit card’ and key in the required information as prompted. Please check to ensure that all information is corrected before clicking on the ‘Pay’ button. Upon successful receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to process your order and you will be notified of your order status via email. Please take note that there is a 7% surcharge for all payments made via Paypal’s credit / debit card payment gateway. This amount will be added to your order during checkout.
If you already have a PayPal account, please select PayPal as your payment method. You will then be redirected to the PayPal checkout page. Please select the option that says, ‘Pay with a PayPal account’ and key in your PayPal email address and password as prompted. Once you have logged in and your information has successfully been authenticated, please review all the payment information before clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Upon successful receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to process your order and you will be notified of your order status via email. Please take note that there is a 7% surcharge for all payments made via PayPal, which will automatically be added to your order upon checkout.
Should you need to make a manual payment to our PayPal account, please direct all payments to email@example.com.
Upon receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to check and verify your payment. Once payment has successfully been reflected on our end, you will receive a payment confirmation email with collection details and instructions. Do remember to check your junk or spam folder in your email account as your email provider may sometimes reroute the email there. Should you still not be able to retrieve the confirmation email, do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free SuperShiok Delivery For Orders Above $150
We currently offer free local delivery on orders (in a single purchase) totaling over $150. The system will automatically detect if your order exceeds $150 and you will be waived of the delivery cost upon checkout. Do remember to select your preferred delivery date and time-slot upon checkout.
SuperShiok Delivery Service
Our system will be updated on the available delivery dates and time slots. Should a preferred delivery date and time slot not be selected upon checkout, you will be contacted via your email / mobile number for our team to verify a suitable delivery date and time slot with you. We currently ship once a week, and deliveries usually take place over the weekend.

Kindly make your way down to self-collect your order only after you receive your order so that we can prepare your order for you in advance. For detailed directions, click here. Please take note that all orders must be paid for in FULL via ATM Transfer, iBanking or PayPal prior to collection of your order. As we receive many orders daily, it is important for you to quote your name and order number when collecting your order.
Your order will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid or unaccounted for within 24 hours. A payment reminder email or text will usually be sent prior to that.
Customer Blacklist (Sorry!)
At this point we would like to add that customers who go missing, do not account for or pay for their orders will be blacklisted from purchasing from us in the future. We seek your kind understanding in this matter and urge for all customers to be practice responsibility when placing their orders.
