ORDERING

Placing An Order
To place an order on our website, simply click on ‘Buy Online’ in the main navigation and take your time to browse through our products. Click on the item of your choice to view its product description. Alternatively, you may also use the ‘Quick View’ option. Select the quantity of the product that you would like to purchase and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You should be able to see a summary of the items added to your cart and your order total when you hover over the ‘Cart’ button.

Checking Out
Once you are ready to complete your purchase, hover over the ‘Cart’ button located at the top right section of the screen, and click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. Do remember to review the items in your cart before checking out! You will then be directed to the checkout page where you will be prompted to key in the following information:

Billing Address – Enter your name, billing and delivery addresses and contact information. Please check and verify that all fields are entered correctly.

Shipping & Handling – Please select the delivery / collection option for your items. Self collection at Pasir Ris is free of charge. If you have opted for delivery, the delivery charges will automatically be calculated based on the delivery address that you have keyed in earlier. Please refer to the section on Delivery & Shipping for further information.

Payment Method – Please select your choice of payment method. Please take note that we currently only accept payment via ATM Transfer, iBanking or Paypal regardless of your delivery method. Please note that all payments must be made and notified to us within 24 hours from completion of the order, or you order will be deemed as invalid.

Collection / Delivery Preferences – Please fill up ONLY the relevant details. If you had opted for self-collection, kindly specify your self-collection date and timing. If you had opted for delivery, please select one of our next available delivery dates and time slots.

Order Notes – Should you have any additional order notes that you’d like us to take note of, please key it in at this section. We will try out best to accede to all requests, whenever possible.

Submitting Your Order
Once you have completed all the required fields, click on the ‘Place Order’ button to submit your order. Upon successful submission of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us, consisting of your order number, order summary and if necessary, payment instructions.

Currency
Please note that all prices quoted on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Payment Methods Available
We currently accept payment via Internet Banking, ATM Transfers, and PayNow. We do not accept payment via cash. All orders must be paid for in full before order fulfilment.

Internet Banking / ATM Transfers
Please make all payment transfers to POSB Savings 198-34234-3 Please take note that all payment must be made and notified of within 8 hours from order submission. Your order will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid or unaccounted for within the time frame given.

PayNow
Please make all payments to mobile number 9239 4542. Please take note that all payments must be made and notified of within 8 hours from order submission. Your order will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid or unaccounted for within the time frame given.

Payment Notification
As we receive many orders daily, it is important for you to notify us of your payment and provide us with the relevant payment transaction information. You can do this via WhatsApp to 92394542 or you can also notify us via email at info@shiokuntilblur.com. Alternatively, you can also use fill up the payment notification form here. Please remember to include the following information in your email:

Your First Name & Last Name
Your Account Number
Your Order Number
Amount Transferred
Transaction Reference

Date & Time of Transaction

For ATM users, it would be best if you could also provide us with a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt when making your payment notification. Upon successful receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to process your order and you will be notified of your order status via email.

Payment Verification
Upon receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to check and verify your payment. Once payment has successfully been reflected on our end, you will receive a payment confirmation email with collection details and instructions. Do remember to check your junk or spam folder in your email account as your email provider may sometimes reroute the email there. Should you still not be able to retrieve the confirmation email, do drop us an email at info@shiokuntilblur.com

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free Delivery For Orders Above $180
We currently offer free local delivery on orders (in a single purchase) totaling over $180. The system will automatically detect if your order exceeds $150 and you will be waived of the delivery cost upon checkout.

Delivery Timings
We currently ship once a week, and deliveries usually take place over the weekend. We will notify you to inform you of when your order will be delivered. Should you have any requests, kindly indicate so in your order.

Self Collection
If you live close to our collection point in Pasir Ris or should you require your order urgently, you may choose to self-collect your order at our self-collection point in Pasir Ris:

Kindly make your way down to self-collect your order only after you receive your order so that we can prepare your order for you in advance. For detailed directions, click here. Please take note that all orders must be paid for in FULL via ATM Transfer, iBanking or PayNow before self-collection. As we receive many orders daily, it is important for you to quote your name (as reflected in your order) and order number when collecting your order.

Order Cancellation
Your order will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid or unaccounted for within 8 hours. A payment reminder email or text will usually be sent prior to that.

Customer Blacklist (Sorry!)
At this point we would like to add that customers who go missing, do not account for or pay for their orders will be blacklisted from purchasing from us in the future. We seek your kind understanding in this matter and urge for all customers to be practice responsibility when placing their orders as chilli is freshly prepared upon order submission.

International Orders
